To facilitate administrative procedures, please arrive 15 minutes before your first appointment and print and fill out the patient form. To better understand your pain, you can also complete the relevant pain assessment form.

Kati, Raphaële and Nazyla will answer all your questions about appointments, invoicing and courses. Do not hesitate to contact them by phone or leave a message on the answering machine.
If you can't make your appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, you will be invoiced for your late cancellation.

There is a ramp for wheelchair access or rollators.
Go up the few steps to the mezzanine floor or take the lift.
